Serhiy Shamenkov - uniformologist, costume historian, artist illustrator, sculptor, and researcher of material culture. He graduated from the M. Grekov Odesa Art College in 1990 and the Lviv Academy of Arts in 1996 (monumental sculpture). He is the author of many studies and books on the subject of historical clothing.
